Made.com’s innovation and value reputation spread quickly from the UK market to France, Italy, and Benelux. Made.com now plans to further extend services across Europe. With this rapid geographic growth, Made.com’s marketing budget for user acquisition grew quicker than it’s capabilities across multiple digital and offline channels. Made.com was introduced to Adgorithms in their digital marketing efforts in the NL. Exposed to the potential of Facebook with their in house trials in prospecting and re-targeting campaigns the NL team wanted to increase their digital marketing results by utilizing a cross channel approach and to save on manpower with automatic machine management for all channels in a single platform.

Challenges

Using Facebook to start the SaaS program for the online retailer, Albert, the software’s marketing engine, analyzed past campaign performance and user behavior in order to customize a Facebook prospecting campaign for Made.com which mimics success parameters to target prospects with a high probability of converting.

Results

Within two weeks, Adgorithms’ Autonomous Software delivered results which surpassed both re-targeting and previous attempts at prospecting on Facebook for Made.com NL. Results include a 10x increase in ROI for prospecting campaigns, a total overall increase in return of investment from Facebook efforts of 170%, and growth in re-targeting ROI by 130%.
