Combine digital media consultancy expertise, channel-specific and cross-channel technical knowledge, and industry experience to deliver value-add services to Albert’s customers. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the account life-cycle: implementation, planning, campaign launch, ongoing support and success measurement. Interpret the unique business and end-user requirements of our customers to deploy Albert in a way that maximizes performance and satisfaction.
- Understand and document business needs, challenges, goals, and strategies.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Manage customer implementations, including technical integrations and account configuration.
- Provide virtual and onsite training sessions and develop materials for an educational knowledge center.
- Provide consultative and hands-on support to optimize Albert based on unique customer requirements.
- Assist with set-up and maintenance of campaign settings and configuration.
- Work with Account Managers to translate strategic decisions into Albert solutions.
- Provide responsive and knowledgeable technical support and assist with Help Desk ticketing process.
- Work with account managers and data analysts to identify client needs and solve problems.
