Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the account lifecycle – implementation, planning, campaign launch, ongoing support and success measurement.
Combine digital media consultancy expertise, channel-specific and cross-channel technical knowledge, and industry experience to deliver value-add services to Albert’s customers. Interpret the unique business and end-user requirements of our customers to deploy Albert in a way that maximizes performance and satisfaction. Specific tasks include:
Work with customers to understand and document business needs, challenges, goals, and strategies.
Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Manage customer implementations, including technical integrations and account configuration.
Provide virtual and onsite training sessions and develop materials for an educational knowledge center.
Provide consultative and hands-on support to optimize Albert based on unique customer requirements.
Assist with set-up and maintenance of campaign settings and configuration.
Work with Account Managers to translate strategic decisions into Albert solutions.
Provide responsive and knowledgeable technical support and assist with Help Desk ticketing process.
Work with data analysts to identify client needs and solve problems.
Previous experience in Customer Success /Technical Support positions.
Excellent client enablement skills including implementations, training and ongoing support. * Previous Technical experience and ability to learn and master existing and new technologies quickly.
Ability to convey expertise in digital marketing landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
