Marketing Manager

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to make a strong impact at a first-to-market, revolutionary artificial intelligence (AI) company that is leading an AI revolution among B2C marketers. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably focused in B2B SaaS Software. The ideal candidate will be someone with robust knowledge of demand generation best-practices and customer lifecycle optimization. This role will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with key stakeholders across the business.

We are looking for someone who is analytical and metrics driven with a passion for building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns.   • Executing effective marketing strategies with a focus on account-based marketing and demand generation programs
  • Assisting with campaign development, measure, analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Manage and expand the capabilities of our Marketing Automation platform
  • Manage email marketing operations – messaging calendar, design, execution of
    campaigns, KPI measurement and A/B testing
  • Manage digital advertising programs with external agency support
  • Optimize testing, analysis, and implementation process
  • Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database
    health checks, cleansing and augmentation
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant
    messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
  • Partner closely with team to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, website and advertising
  • Use the latest in account based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting Albert’s target accounts
  • Build and maintain campaign and events calendar


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role preferably B2B demand generation
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Heavy experience using marketing automation technology and CRM tools
    (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of social marketing tools (Hootsuite)
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • HTML knowledge a plus
  • Fantastic program management, analytical and communication skills with a solid
    track record of working across sales
